Wife and I both work day jobs during the week. We have had a nanny since our first child was born, but her and her husband are both retiring this year. She has agreed to help out Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the summer, but will then fully step down at the start of the new school year. Both kids will be full time school starting next school year but we may still need help with early pickup and drop-off and possibly after school care from time to time.
