Fun Loving Individual Needed For A Special Needs Child.

We are looking for a part-time but long-term caregiver for our 8 1/2-year-old son who has Down syndrome in Clarkston. This position is paid through an agency. You have to pass a background check as well as take additional training including CPR that the agency will provide. Availability: School year: 1-3 nights per week, generally from 4-8pm, but are flexible with the days/times. Summer: additional time during the day. Weekends: occasional, days/times are flexible The caregiver should also be able, from time to time, to watch our 4 yr old daughter along with our son so we can have date nights. Additional pay will be made for the second child. We are looking for a caregiver who does not smoke and is comfortable with large dogs (we have two rambunctious GSPs).
