He wakes up, has a bottle of milk from his sippy cup (he is both breastfed and bottle-fed only breastmilk but will be transitioning to whole milk when he is one), he plays and cuddles for an hour and then has breakfast (usually either oatmeal, avocado toast and fruit, or yogurt parfait with fruit) and then brush teeth and nap time. Then he sleeps anywhere between 1 to 2 hours for his first nap and then he has another bottle of milk and plays around.
