Part-time Nanny For 1.5 Year Old Boy

We are looking for an experienced nanny to take care of our 1. 5-year-old son 12 hours per week. I am pregnant with baby #2 and work from home full time. My husband works hybrid (home and in office sometimes). While my son is quite delightful, he is also a handful these days! My husband and I would like to get some help in the mornings while we focus on work/attend meetings. Regular schedule would be 8am-noon M, W, Th, but we are flexible with specific days/times! Occasionally we may offer more hours if you are interested. Tasks would include breakfast and lunch prep, going for walks in the neighborhood, playing in the backyard, reading, misc games. Along with light housekeeping (dishes, tidying, etc.) I'd like someone who is fun and energetic with a sweet disposition, but who isn't afraid to be firm when he's being a lil defiant:)
