Part Time Nanny For 3 Kiddos Weekday Preferably Mon/Wed And 1-2x Month Saturday For Date Nights.

I am a nurse midwife and own my own practice serving homebirth. I am needing a two days to get away for admin work for a few hours so both my husband and I can work. My schedule can be chaotic/variable at times being on call for births, so although I hope for mon/Wednesdays may need other days occasionally to catch up on sleep or work if called to a birth and have to reschedule a clinic days. I have a 10 yr old boy and 7 yr old girl that go to Montessori school daily until 3:45 p.m. My other daughter is 17 months and stays at home full time with me or my husband. We love being outdoors, try to limit screen time for our kiddos, we are Christian and do Hope for someone of similar values, our household is low tox we try to avoid chemicals and Do not like use of heavy perfumes and fragrances. We are holistic in our lifestyle. My older kiddos love to be artistic-painting and coloring, crafts and experiments, they also like to play outdoors and get out of the house for hands on activities or going to playground/library. My youngest loves reading books currently and challenge of toys that require sorting or learning something new related to processes, she also love walks and being outdoors. All my kids are fairly active and do not sit on screens for long periods. My two oldest kids attend a Montessori school so they do not need assistance with homework, mostly just to be picked up from school, fed snack and entertained until I'm home. My youngest still needs diaper changes and takes a bottle for nap. She takes one nap a day. She would need to be fed lunch and snacks while I'm gone. Experience in taking care of kiddos 12months up to 10 years, active and healthy, CPR certified, comfortable picking up and driving kids around with own vehicle, good at multitasking with kiddos.
