Looking for a full time nanny for our son. He is currently 3 months old and I will be returning to work in the coming weeks. Ideally we would like someone who will grow with our family over the next 1-2 years at least. I work a hybrid job and may be home. We have a 1-year-old pug so must be comfortable with dogs. We would love someone who will love and care for our son, help him to thrive and learn during play time together, help him to learn self soothing techniques for nap time, and someone who will tidy up after themselves/wash bottles.
