Professional Special Needs Caregiver Needed!

We are looking for a professional and loving helper to assist with her daughter who has special needs. We prefer someone with experience as she has quite the personality. The ideal professional would be someone who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is CPR certified, and who has related training/education and experience. Besides the experience someone patient, loving, willing to teach/add value, and understanding/empathetic. The help we would need is someone to pick her up from school, transport her to activities, meals, hygiene, and keep her personal space clean. This position requires someone to be fully hands on, experienced with day to day challenges of working with someone with special needs but are able to create, creative ways to minimize the obstacles.
