Part Time/flexible Babysitter Needed

We live in Berkley and have the silliest/sweetest little girls - 3 years old and 11 months old. I work part time as a nurse and my husband works as an engineer at GM. He goes into the office Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday but works from home Mondays and Fridays. Typical hours are 6:30a-3:30p. Hours may vary depending if he's working from home or if I'm home sleeping (I work night shift every other month). Days each week vary too. Looking for part time. Usually 1-2 days a week. Sometimes only need 1 day a week depending on how it falls because some of my shifts are weekends. Or sometimes we would utilize you a few days a week if I pick up extra shifts! Would absolutely love to use for date nights if available as well. If there's specific days that work better for you and your scheduling I can try to work my shifts around them but not always gauranteed! Would love/hope to have someone that's going to grow with our family and stay with us for a few years But this is perfect for someone that already works with another family, is in school or just flexible and not needing a super consistent weekly schedule! $15-$18/hr.
