My Fiancée and I recently had a new baby and we currently have a 7-year-old as well. Our 7-year-old is with us every other week. I am currently working 3 days out of the in the office and 2 days from home. My Fiancé has a more flexible schedule but also works during the day. We will need more help with the baby during the day.
