2 yo adorable girl has early-on occupational therapy come to house couple times per month for help with gross motor delay due to Downs syndrome. 6 yo sweet boy in first grade around a 20 minute drive away. Nanny needed days mom works: on average three days per week (some 2 d/wk and some 4 d/wk) with rotating days off. Start time 6 a.m. with occasional later starts at 7 a.m. coinciding with 2-3 weeks of lighter work assignment for dad. Some mileage paid drop offs by 8 a.m. and pick ups by 3:15 from first grade needed: range 1-8/wk, average 4). End time range from 3:30-6 p.m. with good predictability on earlier and later days a month or more ahead. No weekends.
