Nanny Needed For My Children In Ann Arbor.

I am looking for someone to help after my son's preschool gets out at 12:15. I can pick him up from preschool to start, but ideally it would be helpful to have someone who could pick him up. I will be done with my workday at 4:00. I mostly only need care for my 3-year-old son. My 8-year-old son is in school until 4:00 and I would be able to pick him up. My 3-year-old can play at home or possible outside activities would be welcome. We do have a dog, so the person would need to be comfortable, but don't need to do much with caring for her. My son loves to play with dinosaurs, sports, cars and trains. He can watch some shows sometimes. He likes to read books. He is pretty developed for his age and is pretty happy with any activity. If it works well for both of us, occasional time on Friday might be helpful too.
