Overnight Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Ann Arbor

I'm looking for a great nanny for my (will be 3month old) baby boy when I go back to work after maternity leave. I work nights at the hospital 6pm-7am, three days a week. My schedule changes from week to week, so there would not be set days, but I rarely work more than two nights in a row. I am looking for someone with experience with infants, sleep training and comfortable around dogs. I have one cocker spaniel mix dog, who is friendly, but a little anxious. I am looking for a long-term arrangement for at least 9months - 1 year, but open to shorter term if needed.
