West Michigan Nannies is hiring an experienced part-time nanny for a wonderful family in Alto with infant boy/girl twins and two friendly dogs. The position will begin August 1 and is a long-term opportunity (NOT summer-only). A minimum one-year commitment is requested but ideally looking for someone who will become part of the family to grow with them and their children across multiple years. The schedule is Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00pm, for a total of 24 guaranteed hours each week. Boy/girl twins will be 5 months old at start of position. Family is looking for a nanny with prior infant experience who is organized and follows routine but is also very approachable, enjoys laid back time, and is outdoorsy. Nanny will keep a simple daily log documenting the babies' feedings, nap times, and other important notes and will be responsible for prepping bottles/baby good, washing the babies' laundry, and letting dogs in and out. Ideal match is someone who will engage with babies on their level, incorporate age appropriate play and activities, and will support their growth, development, and exciting milestones! This is a W-2 position with competitive hourly pay, weekly guaranteed hours, and PTO. Please give a brief description of your experience and availability.
