Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Algonac

I'm looking for a nanny for our 2 Boys. I'm more interested in someone that will be interactive with them than focused on maintaining the house. We have had them in daycare since each Boy was 3 months old and we are looking for more personalized care at this time. Our oldest will be 3 in December, so he will be attending preschool nearby. My Husband and I both work and commute quite a distance. I currently am working full time and work in the medical field, so my hours vary due to shift work. Typically I work 3-4 days a week, so that would reflect our needs as well. Some light housekeeping is required. We do have a yellow British Labrador that is well trained and we live on North channel, so please consider that when applying. We do have a fence around the entire property, even on the waterfront for safety purposes.
