Nanny Needed For Our 3 Year Old Daughter

Looking for someone to watch our 3yo daughter. Our current nanny of 2. 5years will be graduating from college and starting a career job. Needs to be someone engaged and willing to play and teach her as well !! She is mostly potty trained. Our 5 yo will need care during school holidays/ and sick days. Laundry for the girls, light housekeeping and occasional errands are needed. We are a dual physician household, with busy schedules. Looking for someone that will fit in as family. We offer bi weekly pay checks and w2. Paid major holidays. 2 weeks paid time off.
