Family of four in Ada, MI seeking a compassionate and reliable nanny to care for our newborn, with occasional care for our 3-year-old. We also have two dogs and a cat, though pet care is minimal (just letting them outside a few times a day). The first 2-3 months will involve helping us adjust to our new addition while mom and/or dad are on paternity leave. We offer W-2 status, paid federal holidays, sick and vacation time, and a performance-based retention bonus.
