West Michigan Nannies is looking to add a back-up nanny to our team! We provide childcare to wonderful families in the West Michigan community, primarily in Ada, Forest Hills/Cascade, East Grand Rapids, Caledonia, Kentwood, Grandville, and surrounding areas. We consider our nannies the heart of our team! This back-up nanny position is part-time and is scheduled on an as-needed basis, so it is a great opportunity for someone that has flexibility in their schedule or enjoys picking up shifts as it works with their availability. If you are looking for more hours, we can pair this back-up opportunity with a part-time nanny position. We schedule shifts in advance whenever possible, but there are occasional shifts that arise with more short-notice. We currently have several September 2024 shifts we are looking to get scheduled! Nanny should have experience with children of all ages (infant, toddlers, and elementary-aged) and be comfortable around pets. High reliability and excellent attendance is important, so please consider that when applying. Ideal candidate is someone who is very responsible, patient, kind, likes to have fun, has an awesome sense of humor, and above all else, is passionate about nannying and interacting with children of all ages to provide a safe, fun, and engaging atmosphere.
