Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Wells

We are looking for a full time or part time nanny for my son. He's almost 5, and amazing! He will steal your heart away! However, he has autism (high functioning. Can communicate, potty trained, etc.) I am looking for people who want to be with us for a long time and want to be part of the family. Someone with a passion for kids, and who has experience with and loves the spicy ones. Someone loving and kind and patient. Someone who loves to be physically active and has no problem jumping into a kids world and being their best friend. We are gentle parents (not permissive), and we set our expectations of him in accordance with his development and disabilities. We don't do screen time, we love to be outside or do science projects, we have a cat and a dog, both very loving. We're very kind, open minded, and fun family!
