Part-time Nanny Needed

I'm looking for a nanny for our two boys (18 months and 3. 5) during the work day (hours can be somewhat flexible but generally from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. for Thursdays and Fridays. I would like someone who can keep them entertained, and get them down for their naps and feed them lunch/snacks. We have a playroom and large yard with swing set, sandbox, trails, etc. so there is plenty to keep them busy. Our boys have a lot of energy and love being outside so we are looking for someone comfortable with spending plenty of time outside. I will be working from home most of the time so I will be available to help with anything if needed but am looking for someone who is comfortable watching them independently. Occasionally we will have my in-laws 10 y/o yellow lab but I would handle watching him.
