Flexible Schedule! Part-time Nanny/Reoccurring Babysitter Needed

Need Part-time, reoccurring help for newborn. Both my husband and I work from home most of the time, but he also travels. Schedule needs may vary based on his travel, but will be known several weeks in advance. Schedule is flexible on days of the week needed and start times, but will need to be mornings or mix of mornings and early afternoons (ie 8-1, 10-2, 12-4 etc). Payment would be guaranteed monthly hours paid on retainer basis (32-40hrs +), to be paid as 1099 on weekly basis. Must be non-smoker, vaccinated, and provide your own transportation.
