We are looking for someone that can balance both watching the children and helping with household chores. Watching the kids and helping around the house if 50/50. Sometimes we need to run errands, and we need help watching the kids, other times we are spending 100% of the time with kids, and need help cleaning, cooking/meal prep, laundry, and other household tasks.
