Full Time Nanny Needed For A Sweet 6- Month-old In Portland.

I'm looking for a full time nanny for a very sweet and smiley 6 mo baby girl starting in early Nov. My husband works full time out of the house and I will be going back to work (wfh in an office upstairs) in the beginning of November. We are looking for someone to provide regular childcare 4-5 days a week from 9am-5 p.m. We also have a 2. 5 year daughter that is in full time daycare. This role is mostly for watching the 6mo but with flexbililty to watch the 2. 5 if she is home from daycare for some reason. I have to travel once a month for work, so also interested in this person having some flexiblity to do a early morning/ late evening once in a while to help me cover. We had another long term nanny who we loved dearly but she recently moved out of state. Happy to provide her info as a reference for what it's like to work w/ our family.
