Were expecting our second child and are looking for full time care of that child and then care of our first child when hes not in part time daycare. Our first child is the sweetest boy imaginable and loves to nap. Our work schedules can be quite variable so every week may be a bit different. However we would plan to pay a salary regardless of hours worked.
