About the job
Need someone who can come over and watch him during the work day roughly 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. our son is 1. 5 years old. My mother-in-law will be home but she works from home and cant do both anymore since he is getting older and more active. Ideally someone who can just keep him occupied, help him learn the basics (colors, shapes, etc) and help with feeding him breakfast and lunch. He is a very happy and curious boy who loves exploring and experiencing new things. My wife leaves for work around 8 a.m. and I get off around 3 p.m. So ideally someone who can do those times periods. We can be a little more flexible on the times as well. Our previous nanny was wonderful but has since moved on to other employment.
