Full Time Nanny Position For Twin 20 Month Olds

Hi! My husband and I are both medical professionals working at MMC in Portland. We need a full time nanny to help us with our twin 20-month-olds. Our schedules vary from day to day but we typically know several weeks in advance what our hours are like. Our current nanny is leaving us in September to start a job as a Kindergarten teacher. She typically works 3-4 days per week, hours range from 30-48 per week. We need someone who is reliable, on time, has their own transportation, CPR/first aid trained, must be a nonsmoker, and is comfortable with cats and dogs. We would also appreciate help with the twins laundry once or twice per week.
