Part Time Nanny For 1 Year Old

I work from home and am looking for someone to take care of my 1-year-old son during the work day on Wednesdays. We're looking for someone who is comfortable taking care of a 1-year-old, give him snacks and lunch and loves to play. He's transitioning from 2 to 1 naps so some days he takes 2 and other days he takes 1 nap. We're ideally looking for someone who can do light housekeeping during nap time - clean up the play area, clean up after snack/lunch time, etc. We also have an almost 3-year-old yellow lab who loves everyone. Must be okay with the dog being around.
