We are looking for a high-energy, positive, and adaptable nanny to care for our toddler and soon-to-be newborn. As first-time nanny employers, we want someone who is patient, kind, and proactive, and who can support our family as we navigate the demands of a newborn while keeping our toddler engaged and cared for. The ideal nanny will be comfortable working independently but will also communicate openly with us, sharing updates and suggestions. We are seeking someone who isn't afraid to jump in, pitch in where needed, and who thrives in a busy household. We're wanting to introduce someone to our toddler and get her comfortable before the newborn is here. **We're looking for someone who could come consistently every Wednesday, every other weekend (either Friday or Saturday evening) and the occasional extra day when needed.**
