Our daughter is 3 months old. Were looking for a nanny to watch her 1-2 days out of the week once I return back to work at the end of October. My husband and I both work from home and we would like to find a nanny earlier to see how nanny and baby mesh. Ideal day is typical of a 3-month-old now (feeding, diaper change, sleep, tummy time, play time, etc.)
