Looking For A Creative Caretaker For Our 17-month-old Little Lady!

We value quality time and encouraging our daughter's curious nature. We try to do a Montessori-type environment with minimal screen time. Our daughter loves her puppy, her parents and exploring her environment as much as she can. She's beginning to want to do things herself and she loves to move. Dancing, bouncing, etc. She's also obsessed with books, so will happily read the same one all day Our little needs someone to keep an eye on her while Daddy works from home and mama sleeps for her night shifts. Ideally someone to make sure she gets a good nap, good lunch and some low-pressure potty training. Someone who can follow a loose routine, but also be willing to introduce new things to our daughter. An attitude of exploration, imagination and creativity Our home is a residential neighborhood that has street parking We have a 45-lb Australian shepherd mix. She's a sweetheart who loves snuggles and secretly thinks she's human. Overall, very laidback and loves to be wherever the people are.
