Hi, Im looking for someone who is very flexible. My work hours varies. I need someone who is able to ensure that my nieces make it to their after school activities, do their schoolwork, eat dinner, and get in bed in a timely manner as well as complete their chores. The days needed change every four weeks due to my schedule rotation. Also the girls schedule may change as well depending on the time of year.
