My 14 yo daughter has special needs - physical and intellectual challenges. She is still in diapers and is non-verbal. She has a generally sunny disposition, but can react poorly to transitions from one activity to another, loud noises, etc. We would prefer someone with special needs experience, but that is not a requirement.
