Seeking Babysitter For Occasional Mornings For 2 Kids In Silver Spring

I'm looking for an occasional babysitter to help our family out in the mornings when I need to travel for work. I'm looking for someone to come to our house at 5:30 a.m. and stay until the children leave for school at 8:40 and 9:00am, respectively. Job would require waking them up, giving breakfast and walking them to bus stop in front of our house. We are ideally looking for a retired nanny or retired person who can help our family out for years to come. We are a non-smoking, easy going, loving family of four with no pets and hoping to find someone who can support our family for years to come.
