Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Silver Spring

I am looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Silver Spring. I would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is willing to drive children and who is comfortable with pets. I'm a single dad and my daughter is 6. She goes to school and I work at a hospital and sometimes I need help picking her up because work runs late. Her aftercare runs until 6 so I am looking for someone who could pick her up and keep her until I can come get her, kind of like an extended after care situation.
