Full-time Nanny Opportunity With Young Toddler

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with parents who work from home most days of the week (3-4 days). I like when our nanny feels like they are part of the family and we can chat about our days and be comfortable! Our daughter just turned 1 and is very active. She likes going to play centers, the park, story time at the library, and anywhere she can people watch! Our daughter would benefit from play dates with other children, learning sign and basic words, and learning how to walk. We're looking for someone who is patient, loving, kind, and positive. It's important that our nanny is reliable and professional, as we pay with W4 and a contract to ensure guaranteed work hours and PTO/sick leave. We also value open communication so that both we, and our nanny, feel open to discuss how we are doing and if any adjustments need to be made. It's important our nanny follows directions and is okay with parents who have routines they want followed to maintain consistency with the baby's day. We have two cats who are friendly but will mostly stay out of your way! They are a bit cautious around the baby.
