Nanny Needed For My Children In Silver Spring.

We have infant twins. They were born in mid October. Until March, one parent will be available at home for child care. Starting March both parents will be back at work. Mom works from home. We need infant care, including feeding, changing diapers, baby laundry, washing their bottles, play time and so forth. We have a cat and a dog that are friendly and will be attended by mom. Helping with light house chores would be a plus but not necessary required.
