Adult female with special needs seeking a full-time Direct Support Professional to assist and mentor with activities of community integration & development of job and functional life skills. Looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, patient, committed to the goals of the program and can work independently. Must have reliable transportation. The individual participates in a program where the support person will be working alongside other adults with special needs and their support staff to implement the program plans while caring for horses, grounds, and other assigned tasks, indoors and outdoors from 10-3 weekdays Post program activities 3-5 include transportation, leisure activity and chore supervision.
