About the job
Hi! We're parents of 2 in Silver Spring looking for someone who can help us in the late afternoons / early evenings (4-7p M-F). Our jobs can be unpredictable, so we want an "extra set of hands" to help pick up the kids from daycare, prepare dinner for the family, and get the kids ready for bed. We have two sweet children: M (3 years old) and baby L (born May 2024). Their daycare is an 8 min walk (or 3 min drive) from our house, which is near downtown Silver Spring. The schedule might vary somewhat (e. g., starting later to "watch the monitors" after the kids are asleep), but if we ever needed extra help, we would always check with you in advance! We are seeking someone warm, loving, responsible, timely, and flexible--ideally who loves to prepare yummy food! (Bonus if you have references.) Thanks in advance--we're excited to meet you!
