Seeking Job Coach With Experience In Special Needs Support

We are looking for a dedicated & knowledgeable individual with extensive experience in both horsemanship and working with young adult with special needs. Responsibilities: Provide safe, engaging, & adaptive equine experience for young adult with special needs. Handle care for horses, ensuring their well-being. Transport the individual from their home to the farm and other activities. Communicate effectively with individual, family and staff. Qualifications: Min 10 yrs experience working with with special needs individuals. Extensive horse experience, including handling, riding, and training. PATH Intl. certification for at least 10 yrs. \ Strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability. Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions on a farm. Must have reliable car. The Farm is located in Wheaton, MD
