Part Time Nanny For 3 Yr Old & 1.5 Yr Old In Rockville

I am looking for a part time babysitter/nanny for my 3-year-old daughter and one and a half year old son. I am a stay-at-home mom, my daughter goes to a half day of nursery school Mon-Fri but otherwise our daily schedule is pretty flexible. Our current babysitter is leaving the area for grad school in April, so ideally early April would be the start date. I'm home a fair amount of the time, and am looking for someone who doesn't mind working with me to make sure both kids have their needs met and I am able to get some things done around the house. Ideally would like to have someone who can come 3 days a week from roughly 930-530 but am flexible about which days as well as the hours.
