Hello! We’re looking for a caring, experienced nanny to care for our 3-month-old daughter. As first-time parents, we need someone we can fully trust to provide a safe and nurturing environment while I’m at work. My husband works from home, so you should be comfortable caring for her in a shared space (we live in a 2-bedroom apartment). Our baby sleeps most of the day but needs rocking and holding to settle for naps. We’re looking for someone patient and experienced with newborns, who can follow her feeding and nap schedule while providing loving care. Ideal Candidate: * Experienced with newborns * Patient, nurturing, and reliable * Comfortable soothing a fussy baby and following a schedule * Okay with working in a home where one parent is remote
