Part-Time Family Assistant Needed Fun, Flexible, And Organized!

We are a busy family of 7 (4 kids: ages 11, 8, 6, and 4, plus a mother-in-law) in Rockville/North Bethesda looking for a college student to help in the mornings and afternoons. Morning (7:30 a.m. - 9:30 am): Get kids ready, assist with elementary school drop-off, tidy up after the morning rush. Afternoon (3:00 p.m. - 7:00 pm): Pick up kids from middle and elementary schools, help with snacks, homework, and dinner prep. We also need help with ad-hoc tasks like light housekeeping, organizing, running errands, and picking up orders. Must be comfortable with kids of various ages and with our small dog (Lhasa Apso).
