Our son is 16 months old. My wife typically works full-time hours. I work full-time, as well, but remotely. However, I also have part-time jobs throughout the week that require me to commute. These windows are usually from either 10am-3 p.m. (EST) or 3-8 p.m. (EST). The ideal candidate will be able to watch and care for our son during these time slots on various days throughout the week.
