Flexible And Caring Nanny Need For Newborn

We are looking for a responsible and caring person to babysit our 3-month-old. We need someone who has availability Mondays and Wednesdays and who is open to being flexible. My wife works as a RN and I works from home. Her schedule can vary week to week so some weeks we may need you two days and other weeks we might not need help. You would always have your schedule a month ahead of time and if you other obligations my wife can make her schedule around you. We live in Reisterstown and the hours would be 8:30-1 or 8:30-4. We also have a 3. 5-year-old daughter who goes to preschool. There might be an occasion where she is off and we might need child care for both of them. We would always let you know in advance and would increase the pay.
