About the job
Looking for a nanny to care for my kids after school 3 afternoons a week. I have a 4-year-old neurotypical son and a 7-year-old autistic son. The schedule will be Tues, Wed and Thurs from 3:30-8:30 p.m. during the first week and Mon, Thurs, Fri from 3:30-8:30 p.m. during the second week. The schedule repeats every two weeks. 3:30-4pm: pick up my 7-year-old from school (one block from the house) and give him a snack. 4-6:30 p.m. If he has therapy during the afternoon then you can use the time to do the kids' laundry, prepare their dinner, do some light housekeeping, or pick up my 4-year-old from preschool by car if I'm working from home and can stay with my older son. If he doesn't have therapy then you would play with him, read books, go to the playground, etc. 6:30-8:30 p.m. you will help me with dinner and baths and bedtime for both kids.
