We would prefer a nanny who is comfortable working with special needs children (we have a sweet boy with autism), has their own car, who does not smoke, and who is comfortable around cats. Average times would be 6am-830 a.m. and 3pm-515 p.m. 3-4 days a week with average weekly hours totaling 12-15 hrs/week
