Currently, I watch my 5 month while I work remotely from home 3 to 4 days a week. It is becoming difficult to care for her and work simultaneously. My mother-in-law watches my daughter the remaining 1 to 2 days a week. I would like someone to relief my mother-in-law and watch my daughter at least 2 days a week on days when I need to go into the office. I would also need someone to watch my daughter while I work for at least half of the day morning or evenings. Weekend availability would be a benefit as well.
