Transportation Needed For 2 Children In Natl Harbor/Arlington

Seeking reliable weekday transport for 2 children in the morning (drop-off by 7:45am). The return drive would bee in the late afternoon (school pick up no earlier than 3:30pm, drop-off preferably between 4-5pm). Care would be needed every other week. Unfortunately, I can't begin the commute home myself until 5pm, which makes the drive much longer and dinner much later for our family. I'm hoping to find a solution that increases the amount of quality time we have together in the evenings. I would be looking to continue this arrangement throughout the school year... and, if it works for us and you're available, for years to come!
