Baby Sitter Needed For 2 Kids, Part Time, Long Term

We are looking for an energetic, fun, and experienced babysitter to care for our two children 3-year-old and an 8-month-oldat our home. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. We want someone who is attentive to detail, playful, and can engage with our kids while keeping a close and careful eye on them. Our children are pretty chill and follow a set routine, which helps keep things smooth. Either my husband or I will be around most of the time to support you and help with baby cues as needed. We prefer someone who has solid experience caring for two young children and can start as soon as possible. Our baby often naps during this time, making things a bit easier. This is a long-term position. We are not looking for temporary sitters, as we want someone our kids can bond with over time.
