We need a nanny for our 1 child in Odenton. We also have 2 cats. Our son is 2 years 8 months old. He has a speech delay. He doesn't communicate. He says a few words now and then but not much. He likes to read books and play with puzzles. What are we looking for : 1. Someone who can follow a routine. 2. Someone who can handle tantrums. 3. Someone who's comfortable with cats. 4.
