We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. Since you will be working with an infant. Someone who has experience with infants and can help meet all milestones and get him on a sleep schedule. Hourly pay would depend on your experience. But I would prefer someone between the range of $20-$23.
